Subconscious Trading Assistant ("STA") provides market research, educational information, analysis, and trade-planning tools only. Nothing in STA is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option.

STA is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not place, route, or execute trades. You make every trading decision and are solely responsible for it.

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance, Setup Scores, and AI-generated analysis do not guarantee future results. No outcome is ever certain.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm prices with your broker before acting.

By creating an account or using STA you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, resell or redistribute market data, or scrape the app.

Market data and AI output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STA is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the service.

We may update features, data sources, or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We collect your email address, account and subscription status, and information you enter into the app (such as watchlists, trade plans, and questions to the AI assistant).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We use trusted service providers to run STA: hosting and database, payment processing (Stripe), market data (Finnhub, MarketData.app), and AI processing. They only receive what is needed to provide their service.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is encrypted in transit. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.

STA Pro costs $10.00 per month, billed automatically each month until you cancel. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. After canceling, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid month; you will not be charged again.

Payments are generally non-refundable for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days and we will review it.

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and retry; Pro access may end if payment is not resolved.
